With texting and driving becoming such an issue with younger drivers, Belgium DMV’s are now making students go through a texting and driving portion to see just how dangerous it is. That means cones will be hit and cars will be ruined, because texting and driving is hard! I know because I do it….anyways. Here is the scoop and the video is after the jump!
Before the test, the examiner shows them an official looking letter, which says that a new government directive asks them to show that they can use a phone safely while driving. That sounds pretty unlikely given the push to ban all handheld devices in cars, but the kids buy into the official looking rule change.
