So we’re in January now and schools about to start up. Just about 95% people made a New Years commitment to stop having as much junk food and workout, but we all know it will fail eventually… So why not make it try and last longer than last year!! Yay commitment!! Oh and if you didn’t now diet is about 80% of your success when it comes to gaining or loosing weight.
